Supporting Critical Aerial Missions In Wildfire & Landscape Management
ABOUT
Since 2008, Tangent Link has been bringing together the international aerial firefighting community to address the evolving challenges of wildfire and aerial mission delivery.
AFF GLOBAL provides a trusted international platform where government agencies, fire and emergency services, aerial operators, industry, researchers and technology providers come together to exchange operational experience, assess emerging capabilities and help shape the future of aerial firefighting.
Central to our approach is close collaboration with the government and operational organisations responsible for wildfire response. Our events are developed alongside government and operational stakeholders, ensuring that programmes reflect real-world priorities and provide a forum for meaningful discussion between those defining requirements and those developing the capabilities to meet them.
Over the years, our events have worked alongside and been supported by leading organisations including the Global Fire Monitoring Center (GFMC), Corpo Nazionale dei Vigili del Fuoco, CAL FIRE, U.S. Wildland Fire Service (USWFS), Queensland Fire Department, NSW Rural Fire Service, AFAC, National Aerial Firefighting Centre (NAFC), Aerial Application Association of Australia (AAAA), and more.
Through conferences, exhibitions, AFF Live (static and live demonstrations) and focused networking, AFF GLOBAL creates an environment for the international community to share lessons, explore new capabilities and build partnerships that extend beyond the event itself.
