Renewal Notice Shows Wrong Price
The Dispatch renewal notice lists a rate that does not match the amount I remember from the previous term. I have not renewed yet, so there is still time to understand whether the price changed, a promotion ended, or a different subscription period is being quoted. The old invoice and the new notice should be enough to compare the terms without turning it into a general billing complaint. I’d also note whether both documents cover the same length of service.

I’d check whether both cover the same service period, whether an earlier promotion ended, and whether the quoted amount is for the same subscription level. The current service can stay out of the discussion because nothing has changed there yet. At that point, I’d reference the dispatch phone number once the two documents are summarized clearly. I’d ask only what changed in the renewal terms and keep the question away from general billing, since no new charge has been made.
