New build or resale, what did you regret?
We are between two options and I want to hear from people who already did this. A new build in Guardamar, delivery in fourteen months, 215 thousand. Or a resale in Torrevieja, ready now, 178 thousand, with an old bathroom and a lift that is forty years old.
The new one looks safer on paper. But fourteen months is fourteen months of paying rent somewhere else, and I have read enough stories about delays.
