Two cities, one spreadsheet, and a husband who flies every week
My husband works in events and he is on a plane four times a month, so the first thing we counted was not the price but the airport. From Limassol it is forty minutes. From the other place we liked it was two hours and a ferry, and that settled it faster than any of our arguments about the sea.
We are buying an apartment rather than a house, because we are there in winter and home in summer, and a garden wants someone in June. My mother says a house without a garden is not a house, and she is probably right, but she is also not the one driving to the airport at five in the morning.
